Returns will only be accepted within 7 days after the product was delivered to you. Deluxe Beauty Brands reviews each return case by case, and returns/credits are subject to the discretion of Deluxe Beauty Brands.
We will gladly accept the return of any unused item purchased on onmacabimprofessional.com. We cannot accept items that have been opened unless the product is damaged or defective. In case of damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance at info@onmacabimprofessional.com. The customer has 10 days after the shipping date to contact our customer service about a damaged or defective item. After this delay, we won’t be able to replace the product.
Items must be returned to us, unopened and in original packaging, with all accessories, within 15 days after they were delivered to you.
If a Product Set is being returned, all products in the Set must be returned.
If your order contained a gift with purchase, all products composing the gift with purchase must be returned along with the items you wish to return.
How to Return Your Product:
- Place unwanted items in the original packaging; if possible, make sure to include a copy of the packing slip. We recommend using protective packing to minimize any damage to the product. Remove any other labels from the package.

*Please remember to include your return address in the top left corner. - We recommend that you insure the package when sending and retain the receipt. Deluxe Beauty Brands is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
- Please allow 14 business days for Deluxe Beauty Brands to receive and process your return. We will provide a store credit for the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits already given to you in connection with such products. In the event that you return part of a kit, we will credit the portion of the purchase price allocable to the product you are returning. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be credited.

Exchanges-
Exchanges need to be processed as a return, funds will be credited to the original payment method. A new order will need to be placed for a new product.
Gift Order-
If you received your order as a gift it needs to be processed as a return. The store credit will be added to the original payment method and customer’s account. A new order will need to be placed for a new product.
